STAX – Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Bunny Buggs LLC ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the mobile game STAX (the "App", package com.bunnybuggs.stax).

1. Information we collect

The App does not ask for, store, or transmit any personally identifying information such as your name, email, phone number, or location.

The App stores the following locally on your device (browser localStorage inside the WebView). This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App:

• Game progress: best score, total games played, total perfect placements, gems and stars balance.
• Cosmetic ownership: which skins you own and which is currently equipped.
• Daily mission state and last reset date.
• Settings: sound mute preference, age range you selected during onboarding.
• A small ad-frequency counter so we can space interstitial ads.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

STAX is supported by ads served through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process information including, but not limited to, device identifiers (Android Advertising ID), IP address, and ad-interaction data, in accordance with Google's privacy practices. You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings:
Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads.

3. Children

STAX is rated for general audiences. During onboarding you choose an age range. If you select Under 13 the App operates in a kid-safe mode in which only non-personalized advertising is requested from Google AdMob (in accordance with COPPA and the Google Play Families Policy).

4. Permissions

STAX requests only the INTERNET permission, used solely to load advertising content. The App does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, photos, location, or storage.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share any user data with third parties beyond what is described in section 2 (Google AdMob).

6. Your rights

Because the App stores progress only locally on your device, you can erase all stored data by uninstalling the App or by clearing the App's data in your device Settings.

If you live in the EU/UK or California, the consent mechanism shown the first time you launch the App (Google's User Messaging Platform) lets you choose how personalized ads are handled. You can revisit your consent later from the in-game Settings (gear icon → Privacy options).

7. Changes

If we materially change this policy we will update the Effective date above and notify you via the App's update notes on Google Play.
